Questions
FAQ
Which mat should I choose?
If working with the ball and more space matter most, go for the 100 × 60 cm FOOTBALL MAT. If grip and easy transport matter more, go for the 85 × 60 cm Premium. ActiveKids MAT is for motor skills exercises without a ball.
Does the app work with all three mats?
Yes. All three mats use the same app. What changes is the path and the type of exercises.
Can I download the app first and buy a mat later?
Yes. The app works without a mat and has a free version with no time limit.
From what age can children use the mats?
ActiveKids MAT is designed for children from the age of 5. The football mats are mainly for children aged 6 to 14.
Do I need to buy accessories for the mat?
No. The socks and water bottle are extras. You don't need them to use the mat or the app.
How long does delivery take and how do returns work?
Delivery within Poland usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch. The terms are described on the Delivery and payment page, and the rules for withdrawing from the contract on the Complaints and returns page.
