Cookies

1. The Online Shop does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
2. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Customer's terminal device and are intended for using the pages of the Online Shop. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, how long they are stored on the terminal device and a unique number.
3. The entity placing cookies on the Customer's terminal device and obtaining access to them is FOOTBALL MAT sp. z o.o. at ul. Gęsia 53, 97-300 Piotrków Trybunalski, NIP: 7712940223, REGON: 542668592, KRS: 0001192588.
4. Cookies are used for the purpose of:
a) adapting the content of the Online Shop pages to the Customer's preferences and optimising the use of the websites; in particular, these files make it possible to recognise the Customer's device and display the website appropriately, tailored to their individual needs;
b) creating statistics that help to understand how Customers use the websites, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content;
a) maintaining the Customer's session so that they can return to the contents of the basket.
5. The following types of cookies are used within the Online Shop:
a) “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Customer's terminal device until they log out, leave the website or close the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the Customer's terminal device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the Customer;
b) “essential” cookies, which enable the use of services available within the Online Shop, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Online Shop;
c) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuse of authentication within the Online Shop;
d) “performance” cookies, which make it possible to collect information about how the Online Shop websites are used;
e) “functional” cookies, which make it possible to “remember” the settings selected by the Customer and to personalise the Customer's interface, e.g. with regard to the selected language or the region the Customer comes from, font size, website appearance, etc.;
f) “advertising” cookies, which make it possible to deliver advertising content to Customers that is better tailored to their interests.
6. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the Customer's terminal device by default. Customers may change their cookie settings at any time. In particular, these settings may be changed so as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to give notification each time cookies are placed on the Customer's device. Detailed information about the options and ways of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.
7. The Seller informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available in the Online Shop.

8. If you consent to analytics cookies, the website uses Microsoft Clarity. Clarity stores the cookies _clck (for up to one year) and _clsk (for up to one day). Without this consent, Clarity does not store any cookies.
